Upon completion of this assessment, you will receive a summarized report that includes all of our findings, our proposed action plan, and the service offering tier that best fits your business. The areas that we commonly address are below: 

• End to end understanding of A/P → including approvals, A/P disbursements, credit card payments, loan payments, etc. Meeting with all stakeholders if appropriate
• End to end understanding of expense management→ including review of workflow, remote document management, and how GL/project coding is working today.
• End to end understanding of A/R→ including customer experience, all software systems, and meeting with stakeholders if applicable
• End to end understanding of payroll→including time entries, payroll taxes, and current workflows
• Meet with the current bookkeeper (if applicable/appropriate) and understand current responsibilities 
• Review of QBO account, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement,  and determine if clean-up and/or reconciliations  are needed. Also, confirm that all GL’s are correct for the necessary reporting and tax return preparation.
